Are you a New FSA Participant?

• Your username will be the first initial of your first name, your last name, and last four digits of your social security number without any spaces (Example: JDoe6789)
• Your password will be your social security number without dashes (Example: 123456789).
• For security purposes, once you have logged in, we recommend you change your password by going to the "Personal Data" menu option.
• If the need arises to change any personal information such as address, phone, email, etc., please notify your employer of those changes as well.
• When Flexible Spending Account claims are submitted with a date range, the claims will be paid out after the later date has been reached.
• We suggest that you print this page to refer back to and write down your password.

Are you an Employer and need Online Access?

• Our Online Access allows employers to access a wide range of information. In order to use the system for the first time it will be necessary to contact your account manager to receive a login ID and password.
