Support & Customization Services
Mangrove’s support staff is completely dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs
and is expertly trained on all facets of Human Resource Management, Payroll, and
Benefits Administration. Our support services are available Monday through Friday
from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., EST, via telephone, email, and through our online customer-relationship
management system (CRM). We also provide 24/7 support through our After-Hours Support
program.
Mangrove’s Licensed Software includes a robust customization toolset called Mangrove
Power Object Design System (PODS). Mangrove’s PODS toolset allows an administrator
to change fields, tables, screens, menus, security, workflows, and processes to
meet your unique business needs. If a client requests out-of-scope assistance,
custom enhancements, or custom reports, Mangrove provides a written estimate of
time and costs first.
